1 head cauliflower chopped (or 1 bag of cauliflower florets)
¼ cup olive oil
3 Tbsp tahini
2-4 garlic cloves (I always do 4 because I love garlic!)
½ tsp of finely ground Himalayan salt
½ tsp of Creole Seasoning
1 ½ tsp of lemon juice
paprika or sumac and chopped parsley for garnish
Thoroughly blend cauliflower and olive oil in a blender. Place the cauliflower mixture in a bowl and mix in the rest of the ingredients (expect for the paprika and parsley) until well blended.
Place hummus in a serving bowl and sprinkle paprika, or sumac, and parsley on top if desired.
