1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped yellow or orange bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped Scallions
2 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons of chopped capers
1 ½ tablespoons of chopped dill
½ cup Sour Cream
6 ounces Cream Cheese (or more for thicker consistency)
1 tablespoon Creole Seasoning
4-5 ounces Smoked Salmon, chopped or broken apart
Chives, chopped, for garnish
Blend in a blender celery, bell peppers, scallions and garlic until smooth but not overly liquid.
In a bowl stir sour cream, cream cheese, Creole Seasoning and the veggie mixture until well mixed. Stir in Salmon. Garnish will chopped chives.
Serve the dip with sliced cucumber, veggies or your favorite gluten free crackers or bread!
