Instead of buying that little packet of dried seasoning to make dip, try this super easy recipe for fresh and delicious tasting dip! Enjoy!
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped yellow or orange bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped scallions
2 garlic cloves
1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon Creole seasoning
Chives, chopped, or finely chopped scallions for garnish
Blend in a blender celery, bell peppers, scallions and garlic until smooth but not overly liquid.
In a bowl stir 1 cup of sour cream, the veggie mixture and 1 tablespoon of Creole Seasoning well mixed. Serve the dip with veggies or your favorite gluten free crackers or bread!
